You are the one timeless being, having the experience of the human, of separateness. You are already home – it’s time to feel it.

The truth, unlike beliefs, does not require defending. It does not require maintenance. It is still truth, regardless of what one chooses to believe.
You do not need these teachings. If you want them, here they are.
One Possible Path
Read the book – “One Thing at a Time” is a work meant to deconstruct beliefs, shine a light on a minimal framework of practices for clearing beliefs and their debris, and illuminate the path without creating constriction. →
Watch the videos – Spoken word and witnessing presence add something a book can’t do. No need to focus on the words or grasp the concepts. →
Find community – if this isn’t readily available in your environment, find a Zoom group. Heather will be restoring this practice shortly. →
Fine-tune with a teacher – one-on-one sessions are for real-time feedback – students often hear their words repeated back to them with added context, recognizing incongruence. They may hear words they’ve read many times, with new life or clarity breathed into them. They may find something in shared presence. Sessions are completely tailored to what you bring to them.
The Words of Nobody
Having been humbled many times on this path, I’ve come to the realization that two things are true at once: you do not need yoga, meditation, guidance, or bodywork to show you who you already are, of course not. And yet, if you have subscribed to non-truths which are producing a thick debris of illusion, if there are choices happening which reflect a belief in your lack of wholeness and there is the sense that you don’t know how to move past it, the progressive path, tending to the physical, mental, and emotional debris that must be loved and integrated before the experience becomes clear enough to allow the light in, is relatively necessary.
Many push through this – there is force-feeding and poorly digesting pointers, there is moment after moment of clarity followed by the seeming swallowing up of all light into amnesia – this reflects the incongruent beliefs held within one experience, playing out in exact clarity that reflection.
Nonduality isn’t “it.” Nonduality is surprisingly full of talking, taught by gurus who have lost their way, seduced by the ephemeral sequins of blind adoration. Your journey, your way, must be full of you. I am no guru. I have somehow ended up becoming something of an expert in bodywork and yoga, including the philosophy, breathwork, and true meditation, in order to clear my own psychic debris. The only thing I can offer you is a reflection of a completely selfish path full of myself – which now has simply expanded to include all things.
