Fascial Flow Yoga at the Market

Cottage Grove Public Market
Saturdays, 9:00~9:45a

Enjoy a relaxed fascial release class right before the South Valley Farmers’ Market. Beginner-friendly – if you can sit and stretch, this is for you. Enjoy the tissue-unwinding magic of fascia yoga and a little mindful movement.

Rather than a workout, the focus of this class is on deep stretches and cues that point you to a greater awareness of how the mind-body unit works – noticing small adjustments we can make to unwind and stay that way.

Fascial Flow Yoga at the Grange

Row River Grange Hall
Thursdays, 6:30~7:15p

This relaxed fascial release class is a great unwind as the week begins to wind down, and will be a little slower than the Saturday morning. Beginner-friendly – if you can sit and stretch, this is for you. Enjoy the tissue-unwinding magic of fascia yoga and a little mindful movement.

Slow Flow Yoga at the Grange

Row River Grange Hall
Tuesdays, 6:30~7:15p

Slow Flow is a version of vinyasa yoga which allows for more time to notice and adjust alignment and breath, while still offering the hypnotic and rhythmic elements which facilitate a deep state of relaxation and focus. Despite ideas we may have around “slow yoga,” this kind of movement can be challenging and transformational to mind and body. Add an element of exploration and play to your experience. All levels welcome.
