Starting in mid-October, I will be coming to you live with three new classes in a style you’ve never seen before. The best part: these will be available in real-time or, if you can’t make that class time, you’ll get a recording sent to you after class. Yoga in its originally intended form, available any time, affordably priced.

  • Maybe you’ll try the Ultimate Beginners class, where we take it nice and slow and introduce yogic ideas (alignment, breath, where to look, what to think about, ways to optimize energy and generate peace in the mind and body) in a highly cued class.
  • Perhaps you’ll start by addressing chronic tension and learning to slow down and let go with The Yin Crowd, a grounded practice to release muscles, strengthen joints, and grow the ability to abide with the sensations that come up in the body.
  • Maybe you’d just like to take it as easy as it gets right now – try the donation-based J’adore Restore restorative class, a Sunday evening class completely revolving around intentional and deep rest, allowing us to shift away from the idea that we must do and produce to earn worth.

No matter which class you try, I will be teaching in a style perhaps both new and old which is unique to me, and incorporates all aspects of yoga for a more profoundly transformative experience. Come ready to learn, open, and grow.

More classes will be coming soon, as well as special interest content on yoga, coaching, meditation, and even a little permaculture, coming to the blog, YouTube, and Teachable. Stay tuned! I’m happy you’re on this journey with me.
